MakeMeABill is a free online tool for creating professional invoices, and over time other everyday business documents. It is run by UKKALO-F.Z.E.
Why we built it
Sending an invoice should take a few minutes. Instead, many “free” invoice tools ask for an account, an email address or a subscription before you can download anything, and store your clients’ details on their servers. MakeMeABill takes a different approach: the complete tool is available to everyone, and your documents never leave your browser.
How it works
- Everything happens in your browser. Calculations, the live preview and PDF creation all run on your device.
- Drafts are saved locally so a refresh doesn’t lose your work. You can turn this off, or clear it, at any time.
- Accurate totals. Amounts use exact decimal arithmetic and are rounded to each currency’s smallest unit.
- Professional output. Five A4 templates, with your logo and signature, that work across multiple pages.

Free means free
Every template and feature is available to everyone. There is no trial, watermark or paywall at the download button.
Your documents stay yours
Invoices are built and turned into PDFs on your own device. We never receive what you type.
Honest about limits
We’re a document tool, not accounting software or tax advice. We say clearly what we don’t do, so you can choose the right tool.
Fast and simple
No sign-up and no clutter: open the generator, fill it in, download. It works on phones as well as desktops.
How MakeMeABill is funded
The tool runs mostly in visitors’ browsers, which keeps our costs low. We don’t sell data or show ads based on what you do. If we ever offer paid extras, the core invoice generator will stay free.
